If you need to return your item: SmartSource Digital will gladly refund or exchange your purchase as long as you follow the following guidelines
We understand that sometimes you need to return an item or that occasionally an item is defective. We will work with you to help get you what you need. Note: You may cancel your order anytime "before it ships" without penalty.Once shipped, we cannot get your package back. DO NOT open your package if you intend to Return it. Use our "Contact US" form if you have any other questions.

Follow the Instructions below for your situation:
UNOPENED BOXES: (Up to 30 Days)
If you have buyers remorse, change your mind or otherwise just don't want your item before you open it, you may return your item for a refund. We must receive your return within 30 days of you receiving it.
Contact us first for a Return Authorization number before returning your package!
Unopened Boxes may be returned at Your Expense for a Full Refund minus Shipping Costs. Your refund will be issued through the method that you initially used to make your purchase. Once we have received the item in its original "Unopened Packaging" and in the same condition that it was sent to you, we will then immediately process your return.
*Your original shipping and handling charges if any are not refundable.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: (Up to 7 Days)
Contact us within 7 days following receipt of a defective item for a Return Authorization number. We will send you a replacement once we have received and confirmed your claim regarding the defective item. If your item is not working as a result of Physical Damage by you, misuse or neglect, we will not issue an exchange or refund.
In the event that we do not have them in stock, we will issue you a refund of your original purchase price including shipping & handling charges.
OPENED BOXES: (Up to 7 Days)
You have 7 days following delivery to request a refund of an opened item!
Contact us first for a Return Authorization number before returning your package!
If your package was opened a 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your purchase price. You must return the item to us, at your expense, with its original packaging, all accessories, printed materials and instructions.
Once received by us it will be inspected to make sure that it is complete and in working order as originally shipped to you. It is advisable to Insure and Track your package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us. At that time we will issue a refund: Minus Our Shipping Costs & 20% Restocking Fee.

IN ALL CASES:
Contact us First before returning your item(s). We strongly recommend that you properly protect your package against damage during shipment. Also, you should Purchase Insurance, have Confirmation of Delivery and provide Tracking Information for us to help protect your rights.
We will not issue refunds or exchanges where the item is damaged or that we did not receive. Sorry, No Exceptions.
