RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY FOR UNOPENED ITEMS:
We will gladly accept All UNOPENED ITEMS for return within 30 days after your purchase. We will issue a full refund of your purchase price minus shipping costs when we have received the item in it’s original condition and packaging.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
On rare occasions an item may not work when you receive it. If an item is discovered to be defective upon delivery and does not operate correctly, we apologize for the inconvienence and will gladly send you a replacement item. You must contact us within 7 days after receipt of the defective item for an RA (Return Authoriztion) number.
Don’t forget to check with the manufacturers customer service or technical support for solutions to your problem. If they cannot help you fix the problem they will advise how to proceed to get your replacement.
NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Within 7 days following your purchase, if you choose to return an item where the packaging has been opened and the product works as intended, there will be a 15% Re-stocking fee deducted from the purchase price and refunded to you. You must return the item in it’s original packaging including all accessories, printed materials and instructions that were originally shipped to you.
When we have received your returned item, it will be inspected to make sure that it is complete as originally shipped to you. It is advisable to insure your item to make sure that we receive it. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us. At that time we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs.
GARMIN PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY:
Items manufactured by Garmin, Inc that are found to be defective may be returned 60 days following purchase for replacement or warranty service via an authorized Garmin distributor. Please contact us for an RA (Return Authorization) number.
